How to start Meditation? Meditation for Beginners course involves how to meditate with simple and easy to follow Indian meditation techniques without any strain or struggle. You will learn here how to align yourself to get stillness of body and mind. In this program, you will make you more aware of your Body, Mind, sharing emotions & their nature is shaping them your life happy and blissful.
Meditation program includes:
– 07 nights’ accommodation– Meditation program

Teachers at Rishikesh Sadan

Yogi Naveen Joshi:  Yogi Naveen is a master of Hatha and Kundalini yoga. He was born at Place of Lord Shiva (Bealunta) after that he moved to World Capital of Yoga - Rishikesh. Yogi Naveen completed his Master’s in Yogic Science from the Sanskrit University in Haridwar. He is among the Yoga Teachers invited every year to instruct at the International Yoga Festival at Rishikesh. He also holds a Diploma in the Science of Naturopathy. He practiced Yoga under the guidance of Guru Yogi Viswaketu ji. Yogi Naveen teaches the Fine synthesis of classical Hatha Yoga with Mantra Chanting, Active Breathing Techniques, Kundalini Techniques that he combines with his great sense of humor and positive attitude.

Yogi Manoj: Yogi Manoj studied and has been practicing Hatha Yoga and the Vedic Healing Arts since a very young age. He holds a Masters in Yogic Science (YOGACHARYA) from the Gurukul Kanavashram. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma under the guidance of Yogi Dr. Ishwar Bhardwaj in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness from Sanskrit University Gurukul Kanagi in Haridwar. He moved to Rishikesh to teach advanced Pranic Purification from Yogi Vishvpal Jayant Maharaj while teaching and inspiring students from around the world. He offers holistic Yoga workshops that cover Asanas, Pranayama, cleansing krnas, Ayurveda and Vedic healing.

Yogi Vikramaditya: Enthusiastic and Cheerful Yogi Vikramaditya is a self-learned practitioner of yoga while he imbibed and then practiced himself the Sutras of Patanjali as well as Hatha Yoga. He is also well-versed in the various texts of the Vedic lore including the six schools of philosophy, Upanishads and has a deep understanding of the Vedas. He has authored several research articles on Vedic Consciousness and has published his own poetry collection titled ‘Kucch Toh Baaki Reh Gaya’ and has translated of the stories from the Upanishads titled ‘Immortal Tales of our Past’ while also working on his handbook on yogic titled, ‘All for you – Namaste’.

Yogi Ajay Joshi: Ajay Joshi who hails from Garhwal in the Himalayas studied and has been practicing Yoga since the age of 13.  He came under the tutelage of Yogachrya Naveen, the founder of Shiv Shakti Yog Kuter in Rishikesh.  After completing the 200-hour Akhanda Yoga Teacher Training Program under the direct guidance of Yogachrya Naveen, he has been tirelessly teaching Yoga to students at the Yoga Music Culter center, Rishikesh. 

Yogi Deepak Semwal: Yoga has been a big influence since childhood for Yogi Deepak Semwal thanks to his grandfather (Astrologer) Acharya Mukund Ram Maithani. Yogi Deepak Semwal holds a Master’s degree in Indian Philosophy and Indian Literature from Sampurnanda Sanskrit Vishwavidhyalaya in Varanasi, India. He also trained under Guruji Shri Jay Krishna Semwalji. He has very good experience in reading horoscopes and understanding how the planets work in our life.

Yogacharya Sachin Badoni: Born and raised in Rishkesh, Sachin Badoni started practicing Yoga from a very young age. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Biology, a PG Diploma and a Master’s degree in Yoga and has numerous Yoga certificates. He has taught in several renowned Ashrams in Rishikesh and has studied with some of India’s most prominent Yoga masters. He mastered the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Mysore before returning to teach in Rishikesh and has even taught internationally in countries like China, Thailand, and Indonesia. Sachin teachers with special attention on body alignment and adjustment and always emphasizing on subtle breathing along with deep practice.

Ashish Sharma: Ashish Sharma is a young and very experienced teacher of Hatha Yoga. Ashish is a super-talented teacher and a gifted mentor. He has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 14 years, under the guidance of numerous yoga teachers. He also credits much of his learnings to his first and foremost teacher - his brother Pankaj Sharma, an internationally renowned yoga master. Ashish has been conducting Yoga classes since 2007 and is very popular with several students coming to Rishikesh every year to learn yoga exclusively from him.
