The first and second day is all about the basics of yoga and Ayurveda. In yoga all the primary Asanas are taught along with basic meditation and Pranayama techniques. You will be introduced to Ayurveda by getting a consultation with the Ayurvedic Doctor. He/ She will do complete diagnosis and make a therapy as per your needs.
