Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, please note the following before requesting a refund:

• Any fees charged by the payment gateway or incurred during currency conversion at the time of your original payment will be deducted from your refund.
• If your cancellation request is made more than 60 days after your payment date, applicable GST will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Any taxes remitted on your behalf at the time of booking cannot be recovered and will be deducted from your refund.
