Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the individual policies of the wellness centre booked. Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the centre's cancellation and refund terms. AyurUniverse does not levy any cancellation charges of its own. However, all refunds will be net of any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred, including but not limited to bank charges, credit/debit card processing fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, currency conversion fees (where applicable) and any other charges by third-party service providers.

AyurUniverse will facilitate communication with the centre wherever necessary but cannot guarantee refunds beyond the centre's approved policy.
