7 Days Yoga Retreat Daily Schedule:-

The first day is an introduction to Yoga as well as Ayurveda. In yoga all the primary Asanas are taught along with basic meditation and Pranayama techniques in the retreat. You will be introduced to Ayurveda by getting a consultation with the Ayurvedic Doctor. He/ She will do complete diagnosis and make a therapy as per your body type. All the therapies will be completely personalized. Weekly excursion are included in the Yoga Retreat.
