This 5 days programme made to help you lead a healthier life to help you detox with free individual consultation inclusive of free Oral treatments. Packages include accommodation with meals and a combination of Ayurvedic treatments along with internal medication in accordance with the body constitution and treatments. Treatment and Diet plan (therapeutic diet) for all these packages can be finalized only after consultation with the Ayurvedic doctors and lifestyle prescriptions are also done by Ayurvedic doctors under their close supervision.

Amuna Ayurveda Retreat is a nature-immersed Ayurveda and wellness retreat spread across approximately 12 acres in Dambulla, near Sigiriya, in Sri Lanka's Central Province, surrounded by paddy fields and greenery with views towards Kandalama Lake. Rooted in traditional Sri Lankan living, the retreat combines personalized Ayurvedic therapies with yoga, meditation, mindful movement, herbal remedies and nourishing cuisine across 10 treatment rooms, two Shirodhara rooms, two steam rooms and four herbal bath spaces. Programmes range from purpose-led short retreats (one to five days) to immersive 7- to 21-night journeys covering cleansing, rejuvenation, weight management, women's wellness and healthy ageing, set within Sri Lanka's Cultural Triangle near Sigiriya Lion Rock and the Dambulla Rock Cave Temple.
