Poovar Ayurveda Village is an Ayurvedic wellness centre set amid the coastal backwaters of Poovar Island, Kerala, combining traditional Ayurveda with resort-based living, yoga, meditation and a wholesome Ayurvedic lifestyle. The 6,000 sq ft centre features 13 treatment rooms, including six dedicated to traditional Kerala Panchakarma, supported by a team of two full-time doctors and 20 therapists. NABH accredited for Panchakarma treatment, the centre offers physician-guided, personalised programmes for body purification, rejuvenation, stress management and weight management, complemented by a specialised Ayurveda restaurant, in-house herbarium, daily yoga and backwater excursions — set within the 25-acre Poovar Island Resort.
