The Stress Management programme at Soma Manaltheeram Ayurveda Beach Village combines Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda therapy to help guests attain a relaxed state of mind. Set on Chowara Beach, around 9 km south of Kovalam, the programme is built around a personalised plan of traditional therapies, including rejuvenation massage, rejuvenation therapy, dhara, njavarkizhi, thalam, herbal steam bath and herbal pack, supported by herbal medicines and daily Yoga. Treatments are customised according to the physician's assessment, with an initial, daily and final doctor consultation guiding the stay. The programme is available for 15 and 22 days, and the duration can also be customised.
