Santhi Yoga International Foundation(Yoga Retreat Center) is a unit of Santhi Yoga Charitable Society registered under the Travancore - Cochin Act 1955, was established in 2010. This yoga retreat center focuses on promoting and propagating yoga at national and international levels by developing a team of well equipped, disciplined and dedicated yoga teachers.
Apart from undertaking various courses in yoga and other allied subjects, we are also undertaking they humanitarian and charitable activities such as imparting free and special yoga training for the differently abled.
Yoga is not a religion. It is a scientific approach to life. Yoga Science is the soul of all sciences and philosophies and it can solve many of today's malice. The Institute is affiliated to Yoga Alliance International,Yoga Alliance(USA),State Resource Centre Kerala(Under the Ministry Of Human Resource Development Govt. of India) and the Patanjali Yoga Teachers Training and Research Center (Affiliated to S-Vyasa Yoga University, Bengaluru) and Sadguru Yoga Vidyalayam , Coimbatore (Affiliated to TNPESU , Chennai).
The International Certificate Courses in yoga are designed not only to learn the holistic approach of yoga but also to implement it in real life and to prepare oneself to propagate it for health, peace and harmony which is the need of the hour and of the society. The objective of the course is to bring all round personality development of the students at all levels. The AYTTC is the comprehensive Yoga Instructor Training designed in accordance with the 500 hours requirement for registration with Yoga Alliance. Those who completed 200 hrs YTTC can continue for a further 300hrs for AYTTC. The 200 hours training and 300 hours training can be taken separately or in continuation. Four weeks of Intensive study and practice based on the foundation of TTC. Seekers from around the world can gather together to continue their practice through concentrated Yogic self-discipline and lofty Vedanta Philosophy and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. The completion of TTC is a prerequisite for ATTC.
