Every programme begins with a detailed consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, who assesses the guest’s body constitution, health concerns and wellness goals before developing a personalized treatment plan.
The programme is structured according to the duration of stay. The Detox Starter (5–7 Days) offers a gentle introduction to Panchakarma, combining traditional therapies, herbal support and Ayurvedic nutrition to support cleansing and prepare the body for deeper Ayurvedic healing.
The Classic Panchakarma (14 Days) includes preparatory therapies, personalized cleansing procedures, Kerala Ayurvedic treatments, daily consultations, therapeutic meals, yoga and lifestyle guidance.
For guests seeking a more comprehensive experience, the Total Transformation (21 Days) follows classical Panchakarma principles through advanced therapies, continuous physician guidance, wellness activities and post-treatment support for long-term well-being.

- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival at the center.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to another booking within 6 months.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Center: In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Dheemahi Ayurveda, a full refund will be provided.
3. Change of Booking
- Amendments: Any changes to the booking dates or package must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and management approval.
- Fee: An administrative fee may apply for changes made within 30 days of arrival.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-Out: By 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Health and Medical Conditions
- Disclosure: Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns at the time of booking.
- Medical Consultation: An initial consultation with an Ayurveda doctor is mandatory upon arrival to tailor the treatment program.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respect: Clients are expected to respect the peaceful environment of the center and fellow guests.
- Compliance: Clients must comply with the center's rules and guidelines, including dietary restrictions and treatment schedules.
7. Privacy Policy
- Confidentiality: Personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and treatment purposes.
8. Force Majeure
- Unforeseen Events: Dheemahi Ayurveda is not liable for any cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies.
