An intensive cleansing treatment, Panchakarma in Ayurveda literally means "five actions" and is essentially about purifying the body. The five actions include Vamana (induced vomiting), Virechana (purgation), Kashaya Vasti and Sneha Vasti (two kinds of medicated enemas) and Nasya (nasal medication), preceded by Poorvakarma, a preparatory stage where the body is readied for toxin removal.
This is Kalari Rasayana's core Ayurveda detox program, and by the end of it, the imbalances that trigger disease are stabilized and brought back to equilibrium. Ideal for guests seeking a full-body reset through genuine Ayurveda detoxification rather than treatment for one specific ailment.
