We provide a Yoga Alliance certified a 12 days 100 hour Aerial and Yin YTTC and a 24 days 200 hour multi-style YTTC. We focus deeply on yoga, not only as a practice but also as a lifestyle encouraging our students to explore their inner strengths during this intensive multi-style course to hone their skills as future yoga teachers. Since we believe in a holistic approach to learning, we encourage our students to develop an understanding of yoga beyond the asana practice.

ARUSHI

I’m a 200hour Yoga alliance certified yoga teacher. I was born and brought up in Rishikesh so I started yoga in very young age. I Started my journey from an ashram in Rishikesh, where I got introduced to yogic way of living and the reality of yoga. Since then, it has become a very important part of my life.
My area of expertise includes Asana alignment, Meditation/Pranayama, Mantra chanting, Shatkarma, Asana Classes (Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Vinyasa flow) and Yogic anatomy.

ASHOK

Ashok Kumar is a full-time travelling yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga from childhood by grace of divine he was born in family who were already engaged in spiritual practice and this is how yoga came naturally to him. Ashok is certified by Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) & Quantity council of India by Governmental body of India & RYT500.(E-RYT 200)

My whole purpose of teaching is to help the practitioner to be in peace with self and attain freedom from all Doshas; through practices of Pratyahara, External awareness (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama) & Internal awareness (Dharana, Dyhan, Samadhi) by collaborating and sharing all the learning factors through Yoga practices. Practising the discipline of yoga, brings awareness of one's existence thereby harmonising or balancing the action and the energy from Five elements of our existence (i.e. Panchatattva)

For me Yoga is an art of tuning our mind, our energy, inner sound of our existence with divine energy.

KATHARINA

Education: 500 E-RYT, PG Diploma in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science, Classic massage certificate
Experience: 10 years of yoga and meditation practice, 8 years teaching experience, 4 years experince in TTC Worldwide: China, Russia, India, Maldives
Expertise: Asana clinic, Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, Shatkriya, Meditation/pranayama, Reiki Master
Asana styles: Vinyasa krama, Ashtanga vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga therapy

SUSAN

Susan Craig is an 850 hours multi-style certified yoga instructor from Sydney, Australia. After completion of her YTTC, Susan has been able to connect deeply and spiritually with her body, breath, mind and the changing rhythms that life has thrown at her. Yoga has since become her life line such that being on the mat now gives her immense peace and contentment beyond all her other passions.

This is her third time in magical India. She has tasted the many different approaches to yoga, stayed in ashrams on the Ganga, and shut herself off from the outside world on silent vipassana retreats. While she has a natural affinity with the creativity and mindful movement of vinyasa and the quiet acceptance of Yin, Susan has finally found her wings with aerial yoga. Be prepared to fly with her!

This month long program is an opportunity to look deep inside yourself by training your body and mind by following certain yamas and niyamas (do’s & dont’s) as described below: During the training, consumption of drugs, cigarette and drinks are prohibited. Understand that this training is a beginning of your new life. Even though our retreat is very safe and secure we advise the students to take care of their valuable belongings. Students should be on time for all the classes and at least 100% attendance is required to get the certificate. If you miss any class time (except an emergency), missed classes must be completed through assignment and classes, according to the teacher’s availability. Maintain your accommodation and common areas of the retreat clean. We maintain high standards of cleanliness. It’s also requested to wear yoga friendly clothes during the training inside the retreat. We expect a friendly and respectful behavior/manner towards staffs, teachers and colleagues during your training period.

 


Fees are non refundable but students have the choice of attending the next schedule of classes.
