COURSE THEME

 

A mentor stays true to his purpose and sets you to walk the road of self-discovery; the walking one must do at their own will and strength. The time that it shall take to cover the road is not known to any, all that is required is an ‘intention’.

The 300 hour TTC at Kashish Yoga focuses on Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinayasa yoga, it involves the student in the study of the Patanjali Sutras, yoga psychology, science of breath & thought, understanding anatomy & bodily functions in relation to traditional & modern yoga practices. We delve in the spiritual anatomy of our systems, physic meditations, ayurveda and knowing the work of prana in each yogic posture that we practice through the course.

Our course is a careful compilations of practices from some of the oldest purist schools of yoga, It took us a great deal of thought forming the 300 hour TTC, our team elected chapters from massive information & techniques available by the sutras, yoga & tantra to create a course that helps you question better, practice efficiently and evoke within you a researcher of this experiential science.

This course blends both modern and traditional methodologies. Yoga has been evolving so are the teaching methodologies. Discover what it takes to be an inspiring yoga teacher. Practice and learn to teach yoga sessions get completely equipped to be a thorough professional yoga teacher. Our mode of instruction is staying true with the trusted Indian Gurukula system. Knowledge is imparted through the evolving relationship between the Guru and the student (Shishya).

Smoking, alcohol, meat, eggs, fish, intoxicating drugs are not allowed in ashram. Short clothes are strictly prohibited so you are expected to be modestly dressed during your stay at the ashram and don't entertain outsider of room. Strict action will be taken against misuse of electricity and water. The center will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings. Pets are not allowed in the ashram. Guests are not allowed without prior permission from ashram officials. Room, bathroom, toilet must be kept clean and before checkout hand over the key to the reception. Rules & Regulations This month long program is an opportunity to look deep inside yourself by training your body and mind by following certain yamas and niyamas (do’s & dont’s) as described below: During the training, consumption of drugs, cigarette and drinks are prohibited. Understand that this training is a beginning of your new life. Even though our retreat is very safe and secure we advise the students to take care of their valuable belongings. Students should be on time for all the classes and at least 90% attendance is required to get the certificate. If you miss any class time (except an emergency), missed classes must be completed at extra cost to the student and according to the teacher’s availability. Maintain your accommodation and common areas of the retreat clean. We maintain high standards of cleanliness. It’s also requested to wear yoga friendly clothes during the training inside the retreat, which is respectful to Indian culture. We expect a friendly and respectful behaviour/manner towards staffs, teachers and colleagues during your training period.

Fees are non refundable but students have the choice of attending the next schedule of classes.
