Karma Yoga
Karma yoga is branch of yoga where we perform activities following the arts of karma yoga. There are many guidelines to this. At Yoga Bhawna Mission this idea is executed on the basis of sharing responsibilities by everyone. In normal life we do activities for our self and the result to the activities is confined to the performer but the same which we do for others become Karma Yoga and the result doesn’t stain the performer. The same idea is incorporated here where the students will take responsibilities for the work allocated to them which is for the smooth functioning of the school at the same time by performing allocated duties they engage themselves with their own knowledge. This way they have a chance to express what they know, expand in what they know, experience in what they know, Learn something new and to also to know how. The activities might possibly include teaching, helping the school with the knowledge students already have, cooking, cleaning, gardening etc.
