Yoga Teacher Training Course (Yoga TTC):
This teacher training is a hatha focused and multi-style teacher training program for beginners and the students with basic knowledge of yoga. This training course aims to provide a solid foundation in different aspects of yogic disciplines that prepare them to adopt yoga as their life profession. This is also meant for who further want to advance their experiences by advance practices and knowledge.
Experienced & Certified Teachers:
This 100-hour yoga teacher training program will be held by experienced reputed meditation guides and the team of accomplished yoga teachers. The teachers and guides are including an Ayurvedic doctor who feels privileged to share his/her knowledge and practice of ancient traditions with modern elements of medical sciences (yoga anatomy and physiology).
After the completion of the course, the students will be given a certification of the completion of the 100-hour yoga training course from Yoga Vidya Mandiram yoga school.
This 100-hour yoga course mainly includes the following contents:
Mantra recitation (mantra - Japa), daily joints and glands practices (granthi - vimochana - kriya), yoga postures (yoga asanas), meditative steps of doing asanas, six cleansing exercises (shat karma), science of breath (pranayama), yoga energy locks (Bandha) and yoga gestures (Mudra), meditation (Dhyana), yogic sleep (yoga Nidra), history and philosophy of yoga (yoga Darshana), yogic anatomy and physiology of human body, basic principles of Ayurveda, asana alignment practicum classes, yoga teaching practice, and teaching methodology. Acharyaji has been practicing yoga including Hath Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation for more than 2 decades under the guidance of numerous yogis of the Himalyas and other yoga teachers, yet he feels proud to have learnt from Swami Veda Bharati. Staying at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, Rishikesh, he studied yoga and meditation, Indian philosophy including Sankhya, Yoga, Vedanta and Tantra philosophies. He is designated as an E-RYT 200, and RYT 500 from Yoga Alliance (USA), and a certified Master Yoga Teacher of 500-Hour from Yoga Alliance India (YAI). Acharyaji also holds his academic education of MA in Yoga from Jain Vishva Bharati University, Rajasthan. Dr. Shobha has done Ph.D in yoga philosophy from Gurukul Kangari University, Haridwar, post graduation in philosophy and psychology and one year diploma in yoga. She was initiated from Himalayan tradition where she received deeper knowledge of yoga and philosophy from Swamy Veda Bharti ji, Himalayan Tradition . At present she is sharing knowledge of philosophy, yogapsychology, Pranayama. Meditation and yoganidra in yoga TTC in Rishikesh since 8 years. - Buses to Rishikesh leave New Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate national bus stand approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about eight hours and costs around 900 INR for air conditioned buses and 500 INR for buses without air conditioning. The best option is to reach Haridwar train station, about 45 minutes away from Rishikesh, by road on a driven taxi or the so called tuktuks. From Delhi, the train ride takes approximately eight hours, depending on the train. Haridwar is serviced by many trains from and to Delhi, Varanasi, Rajasthan, Amritsar, and many others.
