Having already had a taste of the essence of Yoga, our 300 - Hour course lures the mind, body, and soul of the student into the depths of a dedicated practice. A continued focus on the anatomy and correct execution of asanas as well as the art of teaching is learned to provide the next stepping stone to a life of bliss. Laying down a sturdy foundation for an ideal Yogi, the course is totally focused on imparting wholesome yogic knowledge to both beginner and intermediate level students from different lineages of yoga. The course will offer extended knowledge about bandhas (locks), mudras (hand gestures), mantras (Sanskrit chants) and deeper philosophical knowledge of yoga along with a detailed understanding of human anatomy. A greater hold on adjustment and alignment skills with deeper emphasis on teaching skills is what we aim at. Expanding your knowledge of yoga, this course adds yet another level to a yogi’s association with the ancient art of wellness, delving further into every aspect of yoga. The 300-hour course will increase: • The physical aspect of yoga by adding deeper holds and stretches in the Ashtanga and Hatha. • The theoretical world of yogic science by learning new techniques and mantras. • More teachings of yoga philosophy. • Higher level of practice of Pranayama and Meditation techniques. • Ayurveda practices and detoxification techniques. 300 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - DAILY SCHEDULE 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course followed by some Yogic Purification (Mon, Thur), Pranayama (Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat), ashtanga Yoga Classes and perhaps some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Schedule 6:00 AM To 10:30 AM 06:00 AM - WAKE UP 06:30 AM - HERBAL TEA 06:45 AM - SHATKARMA/YOGIC CLEANSING 07:00 AM – CHANTING AND PRANAYAMA 07:30 - 9 AM- YOGA ASANA 09:00 AM – BREAKFAST 10:00 AM - YOGA ANATOMY Schedule 11:30 PM To 10:45 PM 11:30 AM - YOGA PHILOSOPHY 1:00 PM – LUNCH 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM REST/SELF-STUDY 04:30 PM - 06:30 – A TRADITIONAL SEQUENCE 07:00 PM – DINNER 08:30 YOGA NIDRA 10:45 PM - LIGHTS OUT
