Our courses are well structured under the guidance and requirements of the Yoga Alliance, USA. They include Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and Meditation. Using a holistic approach, we aim to increase awareness of leading a joyful and simple life. Paving the way to reach the inner mind, we practice specific meditation techniques that are useful for everyone. Our TTC program allows the mind to regain peace and the body to recover its beauty and vital stamina.

The center provides 100-hour Yoga teacher training course, Mediation and Pranayama, 7 and 15-day Yoga retreats, Ayurveda programs like Panchkarma and Satkarma therapy.
