The 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training, of Happy Yoga International, is a holistic yoga program, built on the ancient beliefs and principals allowing a strong foundational education of the yogic sciences. This intensive program is focused on diverse elements of Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga (including a systematic analysis of the postures). Also, it covers an in-depth study of Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Adjustment & Alignment, Mantra Yoga, Cleansing Practices and Yoga Ethics.
