Learn the depths of Classical Tantra Yoga in a traditional ashram setting. Shanti Yoga Ashram is open 365 days a year for spiritual seekers who wish to participate in our Tantra Lifestyle Program. You are welcome to stay with us as long as you want. It is a place to gather people from all over the world wishing to start or deepen a spiritual practice.
Tantra Yoga is the integrated practice of all Yoga systems from Hatha to Astanga to Mantra and Kundalini yoga. It is a complete science which heals and balance the physical, vital and mental body through the practice of asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and lifestyle. Through these teachings, people are able to raise their level of energy and consciousness that is used for the benefit of all humanity.
Our daily package includes 2 Tantra Yoga classes per day where you will have the opportunity to explore Tantra techniques to switch on your energy ; 3 organic, vegetarian and fresh meals and the warmth of a like minded community and dedicated teachers. Our daily package opens from 4 days up to 60 days and plus if you feel like!
