Heritance Ayurveda is a dedicated 64-room Ayurveda retreat on Sri Lanka's south-western coast in Beruwala, combining traditional Ayurvedic care with the comforts of a beach-side resort. Guided by Chief Ayurveda Physician Dr. Kalpana and her team, the retreat offers personalized programmes for rejuvenation, skin health, smoking and alcohol cessation, women's health, mindfulness, stress relief and weight management, each built around an individual consultation, tailored therapies, prescribed nutrition and daily yoga.
