The Stress Management Package is designed for guest’s dealing with stress or burnout, using Shirodhara treatment (warm oil poured over the forehead), herbal steam baths and a program of yoga and meditation to bring body and mind back to rest. It's particularly suitable for stress, feelings of mental overload, nervousness, burnout, powerlessness, insomnia, anxiety disorders, exhaustion, muscular tensions and neck and shoulder problems.

Recommended minimum duration 14 days, with roughly 160-180 minutes of daily treatment. Treatments provided in this package include a Rejuvenation massage, Rejuvenation therapy, Dhara, Njavarkizhi, Thalam, herbal steam bath and herbal pack and intake of herbal medicines, among others.
