The stress management program at Somatheeram combines Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda therapy in a 14 nights package to help attain a relaxed state of mind. The other steps in the program are rejuvenation massage, rejuvenation therapy, Dhara, Njavarkizhi, Thalam, herbal steam bath, herbal pack, intake of herbal medicines etc. The Ayurveda package includes the following services: · Accommodation as per the category of room booking · Daily Ayurveda Rejuvenation/Body Purification treatments · Ayurveda vegetarian full board meal · Initial, daily and final consultation by the doctor · Free medicines during the treatment period · Composition of an individual Ayurveda diet menu · All applicable taxes The following services are provided complimentary along with package booking : · Daily one session of Yoga and Mediation · Airport transfer from Thiruvananthapuram (applicable for bookings of 07 nights and more) · German, Italian, French and Russian interpreters

- Early check-in and late check-out is subjected to availability and on additional charge.

Mandatory Supplement Charges: 24th December Euro 60 per person and 31st December Euro 90 per person.

Cancellation: Free cancellation is permitted only if it is made before 30 days prior to the date of arrival. If not, the full amount of reservation will be charged.
