This package is an effective program for the release of daily stress and strain by calming the mood and relaxing the body & mind. The package includes traditional Ayurveda massages and therapies along with yoga and meditation practices to enhance the benefits of the program.
Based on one's body constitution, the Ayurvedic doctor will recommend the following therapies:
Spa foot bath ritual, Shiromardhanam, Hydrating sea salt crystal rose scrub & polish, Aromatherapy massage,
Abhyangasnana, Shirodhara, Paadamardhanam, Ayurvedic herbal detox therapy, Mukhalepam facial care, Yoga and Pranayama session and Reiki sessions.
