The slimming program at Somatheeram includes medicated herbal powder massage and herbal oil massage. Adhering to the specific diet prescribed during the treatment forms one of the essential parts of the program. Other treatment procedures include medicated steam bath, intake of herbal juices, herbal tea etc. The Ayurveda package includes the following services: · Accommodation as per the category of room booking · Daily Ayurveda Rejuvenation/Body Purification treatments · Ayurveda vegetarian full board meal · Initial, daily and final consultation by the doctor · Free medicines during the treatment period · Composition of an individual Ayurveda diet menu · All applicable taxes The following services are provided complimentary along with package booking : · Daily one session of Yoga and Mediation · Airport transfer from Thiruvananthapuram (applicable for bookings of 07 nights and more) · German, Italian, French and Russian interpreters

How to reach

Airways Connectivity

Trivandrum International Airport is approximately 21 km from Somatheeram. Airport transfers can be arranged to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival experience.

Railway Connectivity

Trivandrum Central Railway Station is approximately 25 km away and offers convenient rail connectivity to major cities across India. Transfers to the resort can be arranged upon request.

Roadway Connectivity

Somatheeram is well connected by road and can be reached easily by taxi, private car, or local transport from Trivandrum city and nearby destinations. The resort is located in Chowara, along Kerala's scenic coastal belt.

Reservation

Will be confirmed against advance payment of half (50%) of the total booking amount. We advise you to guarantee your reservation against payment by cash, credit card, demand draft or service voucher at the time of booking.

Admission time: 14.00 hrs

Discharge time: 12 Noon

Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out is subjected to availability and on additional charge.

Mandatory Supplement Charges

24th December: Euro 60 per person

31st December: Euro 90 per person

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are charged in full.
