Rasayana Chikilsa means 'Rejuvenation', this Ayurvedic treatment aims at achieving vitality and a healthy life. The underlying theory behind this treatment is to reverse the degenerative processes taking place in the body. This is achieved by bringing about a balance of the body, mind and soul through rejuvenating the functional systems of the body. The treatment claims to retard the process of aging hence it's the ideal package for those who want to look and feel young and healthy.
Package Inclusions:

- Accommodation on Non-A/C rooms per night
- Pick up & Drop from TVM Airport/Railway station
- Boat transfers from Poovar Boat Jetty
- Welcome drink on Arrival (Non-Alcoholic)
- Special Ayurveda breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included
- Doctor’s Consultations, Ayurveda Therapy, Massages, and Medicines during the stay.
- Rejuvenation and body purification as per the doctor’s recommendations
- Daily Yoga sessions (08.00 - 09.00 hrs)
- One Sunset cruise on the backwaters during the stay
- Usage of Ayurveda Swimming pool
- Free Usage of Gym Room, Library & Indoor games
- Use of Coffee / Tea Maker in the room with one-time replacement per day
- One half day sightseeing tour of the Trivandrum city during the stay
- Half an hour walking mandatory either in the morning or in the evening
- Complete abstinence of alcohol, cigarettes and other junk stuff during the period is mandatory
- Valid medical investigation reports being carried along if there is any serious medical condition or medication.
