Rasayana Chikitsa or Ayurveda Rejuvenation program is meant to refresh and rejuvenate the body’s systems in order to preserve balance. To add on, factors like seasonal imbalances, accumulated stress, erratic eating habits, poor diet, and holding on to natural urges further deteriorates the situation. It is therefore necessary to periodically refresh and rejuvenate the body’s systems in order to preserve the balance between body, mind and soul. It will augment your recovery from imbalanced Doshas that are responsible for a healthy body and will get you rid of impurities and fatigue, will enhance energy and restore vitality. 
The course of Rejuvenation will help release the piled up toxins in your body, guarding you from 
falling victim to varied diseases through oil massages, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Kizhy, Lepanam, 
medicinal steam baths and rejuvenative herbal medicines.
