Panchakarma is the most popular Ayurvedic therapy used for cleansing and purifying the whole body. Panchakarma has proved very beneficial and works on the overall health and wellness of the body. The whole treatment is divided into three different stages. The therapy works on removing the dosha disproportion by cleaning the waste accumulated in the different channels of the body which are known as Srotas. Panchakarma (five actions) gives priority to the condition of the patient and according to it the duration of the period of the therapy varies. NOTE 1. All rates are inclusive of any Ayurveda treatment as per the Doctor’s advice, all meals (including Ayurveda diets), accommodation and all taxes. 2. Pick-up & Drop from Cochin International Airport. 3. It is not always possible to book the time slot in advance. Hence the time will only be announced at time of consultation on the first day. 4. It is advisable to show one’s medical history to the Doctor during consultation to help plan for best results, taking into consideration any specific problems. 5. Additional Internal medicines may be prescribed which can be bought from the center directly.
