Shodhana Chikitsa is a body purication treatment that uses some of the Panchakarma procedures. It is preceded by Purvakarma, a stage in which the body is prepared for toxin removal. To undergo a complete detox Panchakarma treatment, a minimum duration of 21 days is required.

Kollam Junction is the nearest major railway station to Kalari Rasayana, located approximately 30 km from the retreat. The station is well connected to major cities across Kerala and India, including Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. Guests can reach the retreat in about 45 to 60 minutes by taxi or a pre-arranged transfer.

Patients staying for 2 weeks or less are provided with two sets of complementary cotton Pyjama suits, which increase according to the duration of the stay.
