Amara's Panchakarma programme is its more intensive Ayurvedic offering, designed for guests seeking deeper cleansing, rejuvenation and restoration of balance. The programme is personalized according to the guest's constitution and health condition, with the duration and therapies decided by the Ayurvedic doctors. Depending on individual requirements, treatments may include Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Kizhi therapies, Udwarthanam, Nasyam, Virechanam and Vasthi.

The longer duration allows the programme to progress through the different stages of Ayurvedic preparation, cleansing and rejuvenation rather than treating Panchakarma as a short wellness experience.
