The Panchakarma Detox Programme at Oneworld Ayurveda Tegallalang is an immersive Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation journey designed to support natural healing, healthier lifestyle habits and overall well-being. Conducted under the guidance of resident Ayurvedic physicians from India, each programme is personalized according to the guest’s health condition, constitution and wellness goals.

The programme combines physician-led Ayurvedic therapies with dedicated detox days, therapeutic vegetarian cuisine, yoga, meditation and traditional purification rituals. Guests also have opportunities to learn about Ayurveda through lectures, cooking demonstrations, lifestyle sessions and cultural experiences.
