At the heart of Indimasi is Guru Yogishivan — founder, Siddha yoga master, and Kalaripayattu guru with over 40 years of practice. Every guest receives personal time with him through yoga, meditation, and one-on-one guidance.

Your medical care is led by a team of six BAMS-certified doctors specialising in Panchakarma, oncology-integrated care, women's health, rehabilitation, and Siddha medicine. Treatment plans are built around your unique body constitution, health history, and healing goals — and refined throughout your stay.

Wake to morning meditation and yoga as the valley mist clears. Move through Kalaripayattu — Kerala's ancient martial art practiced as meditation in motion. Receive your personalised 90-minute Ayurvedic therapy session. Nourish yourself with a doctor-guided Sattvic meal prepared fresh from the on-campus organic farm and dairy. Wind down with evening meditation as the sun sets over the plantation.
