A 14 to 27-night residential retreat designed to support women's health across all life stages — from adolescent gynaecology and PCOD to fertility preparation and hormonal balance. Rooted in the philosophy of Cleanse, Rejuvenate, Prepare, the program integrates classical Ayurvedic therapies, Siddha Veda, personalised diet planning, yoga, and meditation to promote womb health, hormonal harmony, and mind–body balance in the serene natural setting of Kerala. Led by Dr. Sandhya Nair (CMO, 31 years of experience in women's health, fertility, and prenatal/postnatal care).
Inclusions
- Comprehensive doctor's consultation upon arrival and departure, including hormonal and Dosha assessment and personalised therapeutic plan
- Prescribed Ayurvedic therapies — 90 minutes per day focused on women's health and hormonal balance
- Internal and external Ayurvedic and Siddha medications during the stay
- Strict personalised therapeutic diet — Sattvic full-board vegetarian meals tailored to your hormonal and digestive needs
- Daily Yoga, Pranayama, Morning and Evening Meditation
- Kalaripayattu sessions for physical strengthening and energy regulation
- One-on-one consultations with Guru Yogishivan
- Two-way airport/railway/bus station transfers (Trivandrum only — valid for 7 nights and above)
