A minimum 14-night residential retreat for post-trauma, post-stroke, and post-surgery recovery. This structured program integrates classical Ayurvedic therapies, Yoga, Pranayama, Kalari Marma treatments, and counselling to strengthen affected limbs, restore motor function, and support long-term physical and mental recovery. Supervised by a team of BAMS-certified doctors with ICU and rehabilitation experience, the program is personalised to each guest's recovery stage and therapeutic requirements.
Inclusions
- Doctor's consultation upon arrival and departure, including clinical assessment and personalised rehabilitation plan
- Prescribed Ayurvedic therapies — 90 minutes per day focused on the affected area and recovery goals
- Kalari Marma treatments to stimulate nerve pathways and restore mobility
- Internal and external Ayurvedic medications during the stay
- Customised Sattvic full-board vegetarian meals aligned with your recovery diet
- Daily Yoga, Pranayama, and guided Meditation sessions (adapted to physical capacity)
- One-on-one consultations with Guru Yogishivan
- Two-way airport/railway/bus station transfers (Trivandrum only — valid for 7 nights and above)
- Access to swimming pool (aqua therapy), gym, indoor and outdoor facilities
- RMO available on campus at all times
