This Teacher Training Course Program is a combination of theory and hands on practicing of the important yoga elements. We will help students learn to analyze how to teach and practice the techniques learned from how to structure your class as well as understanding student’s process of learning down to the business aspects of yoga teaching.
We offer our students the opportunity to learn to teach different styles of yoga. Self practitioners will appreciate the greater variety for their yogic routine. Future teachers will be able to offer a larger choice of classes when teaching professionally.

11:00 to 13:00- Asana Practice
13:00 to 15:00- Self Study /Break
15:00 to 16:30- Yoga Philosophies and Yoga Lifestyle
16:30 to 17:00- tea time
17:00 to 19:00- Yoga Asana and Practicum
19:00 to 20:00-Break
20:00 to 21:30- Self study
* Saturday, Sunday: Day Off

-Asana, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Bandhas, Yogic cleansing techniques, introduction to chakras, nadis & mudras.
-Chanting, Mantra, Meditation.
-Teaching Methodology of different styles of Yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Patanjali Ashtanga and Sivananda.
-Principles of demonstration, observation, assisting/correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, the student’s process of learning.
-Teaching practicum
-Method, principle, sequencing, adjusting, benefits and cautions of Yoga postures.
-How to teach classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels yoga students.
-Ethics for Yoga Business aspects of teaching yoga.
-Anatomy and Physiology: Physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga Benefits, contraindications, healthy movement patterns of yoga practice
-Yoga philosophy (eight Limbs of Ashtanga-yoga) with Patanjali Yoga Sutra. Introduction to the Bhadwadgita and Sankya scriptures.
-Yogic life style (basic Ayurveda, nutrition and the yogic diet)
