Our chef makes sure that the meals are ready at the same time every day. In Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, it is recommended to eat at the same time and at certain times according to when your digestive fire at its most. In our ordinary life, this simple act can be a challenge but at HYW you can enjoy the set meals time which naturally supports the body.
