We will guide you through an ancient yogic detoxification practices called Shatkarma. First we will start with shankhaprakshalana, a technique that completely purifies and rejuvenates the entire digestive system making the body like new. An ayurvedic diet will be given accordingly. After that we will offer kunjal, which removes toxins in the stomach and reduces excess mucous. This will be followed by jala neti, which removes impurities from the nasal passages increasing the prana flow and awakening the brain.
