Rejuvenation therapy, also known as Rasayana Chikitsa, is a therapy of Ayurvedic science. As we grow in age, our bodies become prone to various kinds of ailments. This kind of a therapy helps the body in being alert and young, as it brings a perfect harmony in mind, body and soul. By bringing down the rate of degradation, the body becomes rejuvenated. The Ayurveda package includes the following services : · Accommodation as per the category of booking · Daily Ayurveda Rejuvenation treatments · Ayurveda vegetarian full board meal · Initial, daily and final consultation by the doctor · Free medicines during the treatment period · A composition of an individual Ayurveda diet menu The following services are provided complimentary along with package booking · Daily one session of Yoga and Mediation · Airport transfer from Thiruvananthapuram (applicable for bookings of 07 nights and more) · One half a day local backwater boat cruise (applicable for bookings of 14 nights and more) · German, Italian, French and Russian interpreters
