At Ayurveda Living Village, it gives you the opportunity to explore authentic Ayurveda treatments, Ayurveda organic vegetarian food according to your body & mind constitution. During your stay in the Ayurveda living village, they focus on cleansing and rejuvenate your body & mind. After the first consultation/ health check-up with our doctors/ physicians (through pulse, tongue, eyes, skin, stomach, diagnosing etc ) will prescribe your treatments program and your food diet according to the imbalanced or balanced state of the elements in your body and mind. (Vata, Pitha, Kapha ) They only serve Vegetarian food. Most of the food used is organically grown seasonal fruits & vegetables from their own cultivating farm and also collecting from selected farmers/shops in the nearby village.
