7 Days Ayurveda Retreat Program in Rishikesh, India

Ayurveda Retreats take place at Haritha Ayurveda Academy and Panchakarma Center in Rishikesh, India twice a month for all those who are interested in rejuvenation and preventive measures. The body is a system composed of many physical and non-physical aspects, and our retreats focus on these aspects. This leads to a comprehensive detoxification and rejuvenation experience.

Such retreats work best when done away from concrete jungles, but Rishikesh, situated in the lap of the Himalayas, is the perfect place for this type of retreat.

A free diagnosis program precedes this rejuvenation retreat. In this the technique of Panchakarma is used to detoxify yourself and is open for all types of participants. The classical Ayurveda approach is followed in this retreat which is beautifully complimented by the yogic approach. The participants also end up gaining knowledge about various topics of Ayurveda such as the concept of Doshas and body constitution.

Day 1The first day is an introduction to Ayurveda. You will be introduced to Ayurveda by getting a consultation with the Ayurvedic Doctor, therapists and masseurs. He/ She will do complete diagnosis and make a therapy as per your needs. All the therapies will be completely personalized.

 

Day 2Poorva Karma therapy will continue in the morning session and In the evening session we will start Panchakarma treatment session.

 

Day 3The day three of the program is for Panchakarma therapy sessions and Marma Therapeutic Session.

 

Day 4fourth day is the same as 3rd day except for the Nasyam therapy in the morning and Panchakarma Session in the evening.

 

Day 5Ayurveda cooking class take place in the 5th day of the retreat along with Ayurveda Llallizhi therapy and Colon cleansing session.

Day 7In the last day of the retreat you will experience Yogic Nidra session with Ayurveda relaxing therapies.
