The programme begins with a detailed consultation with an Ayurvedic physician to understand the guest’s individual body constitution, health condition and specific requirements. Based on this assessment, a personalised treatment plan is prepared.
The process for the treatment may include:
- Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage)
- Shirodhara
- Njavarakizhi
- Pizhichil
- Herbal steam bath
- Herbal face and body treatments
- Internal herbal medicines
- Rasayana therapies as prescribed by the Ayurvedic physician
