Autoimmune Wellness & Immune Support Program

A 21-night residential retreat designed to support individuals living with autoimmune and chronic inflammatory conditions through a structured Body–Mind integrated Ayurveda approach. Rooted in Kerala's classical healing traditions, the program combines Ayurveda, Siddha Veda, Kalari Marma therapy, yoga, meditation, therapeutic nutrition, and lifestyle guidance to help restore systemic balance and support long-term wellbeing.

The program is guided by experienced physicians and Guru Yogishivan, with a focus on understanding the root causes of imbalance rather than addressing symptoms alone. Following a detailed consultation, an individualized treatment plan is developed based on the guest's constitution, health history, current condition, and wellness goals.

Personalized Ayurvedic therapies, herbal medicines, and Kalari Marma treatments are used to support healthy immune function, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, strengthen vitality, and promote overall resilience. Daily yoga, meditation, and Kalaripayattu sessions further help regulate stress, enhance physical strength, improve flexibility, and support emotional wellbeing.

Nutrition plays an integral role in the healing process. Guests receive a customized Sattvic therapeutic diet designed according to Ayurvedic principles and their individual health requirements. The program also emphasizes sustainable lifestyle practices that can be continued beyond the retreat to support long-term health.

This retreat is suitable for individuals living with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, vitiligo, chronic fatigue, and related health concerns, as well as those seeking a holistic approach to improving overall wellbeing and vitality.

• Comprehensive doctor's consultation upon arrival and departure, including Dosha analysis and root cause assessment

• Prescribed Ayurvedic therapies (approximately 90 minutes per day) tailored to individual health concerns and wellness goals

• Internal and external Ayurvedic and Siddha medications during the stay

• Customized Sattvic full-board vegetarian meals aligned with the prescribed therapeutic diet plan
