This can be the fingers, hands, toes, feet, ankles, knees, wrist, shoulders, hips and spine. An Ayurvedic treatment protocol that mainly focuses on detoxifying the system, increasing the digestive fire, reducing inflammation and pacifying any imbalanced Dosha that is related to the Arthritis.
Insomnia is difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep even when a person has the chance to do so. There are many medical conditions (some mild and others more serious) that can lead to Insomnia. An improper diet and life style causes aggravation of Vatha (Body humor) that travels through the channels of the head causing sleeplessness. The Ayurvedic treatments of Insomnia focuses on balancing the aggravated body energies through herbal medicines, external treatments, Yoga and Meditation as well as customized diet and lifestyle plans.

If in case of a prepayment, the resort will retain all or part of the pre-payment. If none has been received, the guest will be charged on their credit card. For Restricted Rates: The rate is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
