Yogalife Yogasthali, Jaipur a RYS 200 , 300 & 500 registered yoga school, conducts 200-hour residential yoga teacher training in Jaipur, India based on traditional style of hatha yoga. These courses are registered with Yoga Alliance, US. This course is designed for beginners who have knowledge of yoga as well as for intermediate level yoga students.
After completion of the course, one can register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200 yoga teacher.

Our Aims & Objective
The comprehensive course will familiarize you with the yoga philosophy and Culture, will help you master yoga asanas with their effects on human anatomy. You will practice daily pranayama and meditation along with sacred mantra chanting, so you understand their strengthening and balancing power. Bring you an understanding of yogic discipline, diet and cleansing rituals and you will be taught how to go about becoming a good yoga teacher.
In keeping with the requirements of Yoga Alliance - US, 200,300 & 500-hour IYTT (International Yoga Teacher's Training) program follows a tight schedule where almost each of the 4 to 5 training hours in the day are assigned to some aspect of yoga. You could find the training intensive but enlightening. The mornings can begin as early as 6:30 a.m. with meditation followed by some yoga postures and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama are also part of the schedule. Daily written homework is also the norm as that is how you will gain in-depth knowledge of the subject. Sleeping early is encouraged as that is part of yogic practice.

Evaluation & Certification
Assessments will be based on written as well as practical evaluation.
Student conduct will be a part of the assessment criterion.
Evaluation will be carried out only for those students who have a minimum of 90% attendance.
Code of Conduct for students
Discipline is an integral part of the training program and so the course routine must be strictly observed.
Disrespect to rules and regulations could result in termination of studentship with no refund of fee.
Absenting oneself from the scheduled program without prior permission of the teacher or manager concerned would be construed as a gross breach of discipline.
A student must intimate in advance if they intend to forgo a meal so that there is no wastage of food.
Any activity that is not related to the course is not permitted.
Ensure you are on time for class or you will not be permitted to enter any class once it has commenced.
Before returning from Yogasthali students must ensure all dues and return all library books.
Smoking, Non Veg., and Alcohol are not permitted during the training.

Yogasthali Yoga Society, Jaipur was established by the Yogasthali Founder and Director Mr. Umesh Shrama on 13th July, 2009.
This is the first RYS500 certified YOGA SCHOOL by Yoga Alliance US by the name Yogalife Yogasthali, Yoga Alliance International, Government registered under the Act, 1958 in the state of Rajasthan, INDIA and Ujjain Yoga Life Society International Yoga Institute . Self guided soul in the field of YOGA - Yogi Umesh Sharma decided that Yoga encapsulates all the other traditions of Indian culture and thus began his training in the science of Yoga at Jaipur, India. He cleared his Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Meditation from Dr. Hari Singh Gaur Central University, Madhay Pradesh, India. He has also completed his YIC from traditional yoga deemedUniversity SVYASA, Banglore. Yogi Umesh Sharma's speciality is Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style which he practicised under the guidence of renowned Yogaguru SHRI K. PATTABHI JOIS ASHTANGA YOGA INSTITUTE . Yogi Umesh Sharma also completed his master degree in Yoga and Naturopathy from Mahatama Gandhi Institute of Yoga and Naturopathy, Jaipur.

Yogini Hemlata Sharma is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT500 with Yoga Alliance US, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She do yoga, she teaches yoga, she always lives in a yoga state of mind and intention. Yoga is her passion and her friend. Yoga gives her an understanding of herself to the deepest level of the mind, through the observation of the breath and the gift of equanimity.
Yogini Hemlata Sharma was born in one of the oldest pilgrimage of India at Pushkar on 14th February 1977. Yogini Hemlata was grown up in a very simple and spiritual environment. She completed her graduation from Gayatri Saktipeeth Girls College, is sub zone of Shantikunj, Haridwar. There she experienced and learnt Yagya theory and the importance in cosmic environment. She also represented her Collage in 'Universality in Diversity Camp' at National Level. She completed her post graduation in English Literature and Yoga from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University. In 1996 she went to Shantikunj Hardwar to get Diksha from Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya as her spiritual Guru to experience the meditation and pranayama near the Holy river Ganga.
Under the guidance of her first Yoga guru Yogi Umesh Sharma , the Director and Founder of YOGASTHALI YOGA SOCIETY, she has learnt the importance and technique of Hath yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. In 2012, she has successfully completed RYT500 and ADVANCE AND KIDS YOGA TEAHCER TRAINING COURSE under the direction of Pt Radheyshyam Mishra, the director of Ujjain Yoga Life Society International.Yoga Sadhika Hemlata Sharma is successfully giving her services as a Co-director and Senior yoga teacher at YOGASTHALI YOGA SOCIETY.
IN 2013, She got the biggest award at International Yoga Seminar "THE YOGI OF THE YEAR 2013-14". She has played an important role in Organisational committee for International Yoga Seminar in 2014 at Ujjian. She is also invited by Ministry of Labour on Woman's Day to deliver the lecture "YOGA FOR WOMAN". In YOG-KUMBHA 2016, she was selected to perform YOGA-ASANAS on the Opening Ceremony of the mega event. Many times she has invited by All India Radio to deliver her lecture and experience about yoga life style and yogic food for health and fitness.
