Those who are interested in embarking on a yogic journey, the 100 hour TTC is the best, as it gives them a very good insight of the various branches and asanas of Yoga. The 100 hour TTC is the first step on your journey of becoming a Yoga Master. This course gives knowledge of the various branches of Yoga and enables them to choose the branch of Yoga, they want to gain more knowledge in. The course takes place at our Yoga center which is situated in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world. The course is, however, not limited to those who want to teach yoga in their lives but also for those who have limited time but want to deepen their practice. Also, those who want to add to their current certification, can enroll in this course. It must be noted here, that, a 200 hour yoga teacher training course. is required if one wants to become a certified yoga teacher. If you want to complete your 200 hour TTC in two batches, then also the 100 hour TTC is a great option.

After completion of 100 hour TTC program with us, the student is eligible to get an affirmation in 200 hour TTC by finishing an additional 100 hours course. After 200 hours of learning you will be awarded with a registered yoga teacher RYT200 Certificate.

This course gives a hands-on experience in Yogasanas, pranayamas, kriyas, shat karma, chanting, mantra, meditation, Ayurveda, Yoga philosophy, Yogic Anatomy and other traditional yoga techniques.

If you pay the full amount and are not able to complete the treatment, the money is paid back after deducting the treatment charges/day. This depends on the treatment schedule.
No extra charges are levied if the treatment is withdrawn due to any reason whatsoever.
We acknowledge our guests and respect their hard earned money, and hence refund is done in cash/Fund Transfer or via cheque as the guest wants.
