The WRULD programme at Raha Ayurveda begins with an in-depth physical and mental health evaluation conducted by experienced doctors. Following this, participants receive tailored Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyangam, Elakizhi, Njavarakizhi, and Vasthi, along with prescribed herbal medications.
