Women's Wellness & Hormonal Health Program

A 14 to 27-night residential retreat designed to support women's health and wellbeing across different stages of life. Rooted in the philosophy of Cleanse, Rejuvenate, Prepare, this program combines the wisdom of Ayurveda and Siddha Veda with personalized nutrition, yoga, meditation, and therapeutic lifestyle practices to promote hormonal harmony, reproductive health, emotional wellbeing, and overall vitality.

The program is led by Dr. Sandhya Nair, Chief Medical Officer, who brings over 31 years of experience in women's health, fertility care, prenatal and postnatal wellbeing, and holistic healthcare. Following a comprehensive consultation, an individualized treatment plan is developed based on the guest's constitution, hormonal profile, health concerns, and wellness goals.

Through a combination of classical Ayurvedic therapies, Siddha treatments, herbal medicines, therapeutic nutrition, yoga, and meditation, the program aims to address the underlying factors contributing to hormonal imbalances and reproductive health concerns. Treatment protocols are tailored to support menstrual health, fertility preparation, PCOD/PCOS management, perimenopausal and menopausal wellbeing, stress-related hormonal disturbances, and overall women's wellness.

Daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Kalaripayattu-based movement practices further support circulation, energy regulation, emotional balance, and physical strength. The serene natural environment of Indimasi provides a nurturing space for rest, reflection, and healing throughout the program.

Package Inclusions

• Comprehensive doctor's consultation upon arrival and departure, including hormonal and Dosha assessment and personalized therapeutic plan

• Prescribed Ayurvedic therapies (approximately 90 minutes per day) focused on women's health and hormonal balance

• Internal and external Ayurvedic and Siddha medications during the stay

• Strict personalized therapeutic diet with Sattvic full-board vegetarian meals tailored to hormonal and digestive needs
