- Daily yoga sessions and laughter yoga sessions**
- Yoga postures and pranayama with special focus on body fat loss
- Awareness programs with special focus on weight loss and habits that gives prolonged ideal weight and fitness

Set along a peaceful stretch of the Arabian Sea in Thrissur, Kerala, Sitaram Ayurveda Beach Retreat is a boutique wellness destination rooted in the 100+ year legacy of Sitaram Ayurveda. The retreat combines personalised, doctor-led Ayurveda with Panchakarma, yoga, meditation, therapeutic vegetarian cuisine and lifestyle guidance in a quiet beachfront setting surrounded by coconut groves.

Airways Connectivity

Cochin International Airport (COK) is the nearest major airport, located approximately 75–80 km from the retreat. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.

Railway Connectivity

Thrissur Railway Station is the nearest major railway station, offering excellent connectivity to major cities across India. The retreat is approximately 30–40 minutes away by road.

Roadway Connectivity

Sitaram Ayurveda Beach Retreat is located in Thalikulam, Thrissur district, and is easily accessible via Kerala's well-developed road network. Private transfers and taxis can be arranged for guests arriving from nearby cities and transport hubs.

Reservations will be confirmed against a minimum of 50% advance payment.
Confirmation would be given on first come first service basis.

All package rates include the cost of all consultations, treatments, massages, oils, herbs,accommodation, yoga, meditation, food and Glownwill be provided on your arrival.

Smoking, drinking alcohol and consuming food from outside is strictly prohibited.

>> 29 days to 15 days of arrival- 60% of the booking invoice amount
>> 14 days to 8 days of arrival - 85% of the booking invoice amount
>> 7 days to Scheduled arrival date or After arrival at resort or Early departure- 100% of the booking invoice amount.
