The Weight Loss Retreat at AyurGem Ayurveda Yoga & Wellness Retreat, Munnar, is a medically supervised program that combines the therapeutic power of Ayurveda with structured dietary guidance and daily Yoga to achieve sustainable, healthy weight reduction.

The retreat begins with a comprehensive consultation with our qualified Ayurvedic physician, who designs a personalized treatment and diet plan based on your body constitution and weight management goals. Two dedicated therapy sessions per day — each lasting 60 minutes to 2 hours — may include Udwarthanam (herbal powder massage), Abhyanga, Vasti, Vamanam, Pizhichil, and other targeted Panchakarma therapies to stimulate metabolism, eliminate fat deposits, and detoxify the body. All treatments are administered by experienced therapists under continuous medical supervision.

The program is available in 15-night and 27-night formats. Final treatment protocols are confirmed only after the initial doctor consultation upon arrival.
