The Stress Relief Programme uses Panchakarma-based therapies and relaxation treatments to help guests manage stress, anxiety, burnout and mental fatigue. A Shirodhara forms the centrepiece, complemented by treatments such as Shirolepa, Shirovasti and Sarvangadhara to calm the mind, relax the body and restore overall balance.
