Somatheeram’s Stress Management Programme is designed for guests experiencing stress, burnout, mental overload, nervousness, exhaustion, insomnia, anxiety disorders and muscular tension, particularly in the neck and shoulders.
The 14-day programme combines traditional Ayurvedic therapies with yoga and meditation to help the body and mind move towards a more relaxed state. The programme includes approximately 160–180 minutes of treatment per day and is recommended for a minimum stay of 14 days.

- Accommodation in the selected room category
- Initial, daily and final consultations with an Ayurvedic physician
- Daily personalized Ayurvedic rejuvenation or body purification treatments, as prescribed
- One daily yoga and meditation session

- Airport transfer from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport for stays of 7 nights or more
