Set amid 30 acres of certified organic farmland in Whitefield, Bengaluru, SOUKYA – Dr. Mathai's International Holistic Health Centre is a residential integrative health destination founded in 2002 by Dr. Isaac Mathai and Dr. Suja Issac, combining Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga and Homeopathy with complementary therapies under medical supervision. It is India's first NABH-accredited AYUSH Hospital, and has hosted members of the British Royal Family, including King Charles's repeat visits. The campus runs on strong sustainability principles — 220 kW of solar power, a wind turbine, biogas, vermicomposting and a 130-variety medicinal garden — and serves Sattvic, organic ovo-vegetarian cuisine. Accommodation spans Deluxe, Deluxe Special, Super Deluxe, Super Deluxe Special Rooms and Suites, and its 8 medically supervised programmes range from a 1-night introductory Taste of SOUKYA to the 28-day Ayurvedic Panchakarma, alongside dedicated Women's Health, Men's Health, Menopause and Weight Management programmes. Uniquely among AyurUniverse centers, SOUKYA also has dedicated Health Insurance guidance, since treatments may qualify for reimbursement as an NABH-certified hospital.

SOUKYA is located on Soukya Road in Samethanahalli, Whitefield, Bengaluru, and is well connected by road to the major parts of the city.We will not be responsible for delay in flights, unforeseen eventualities, etc. If stay is shortened, our above rates will not be applicable. As we are a limited room facility, the accommodation amount will not be refunded.
Stay could be extended depending on the availability.
Being a limited room facility, the Total Accommodation is taken as an Advance to confirm booking. On checkin the entire amount for the treatments could be settled. It can be done by:
- Demand Draft: We accept only Demand Drafts in favour of 'Soukya Indian Holistic Health Center Pvt Ltd'.
- Wire transfer
If a confirmed booking is cancelled:
1. Till one month before date - No refund
2. Between 30 to 45 days before date - 50% refund
3. Between 45 to 60 days before date - 90% refund
4. More than 60 days before date - Full refund.
